ViewMySport.com is the online sports recruiting service representing ViewMySport, LLC. This website allows our Athlete-Members to set up individual sports resumes that can be viewed by college recruiters, coaches, friends and family. Personal contact information and academic information are protected and secure. ONLY registered and confirmed college coaches have access to this information. Athlete/Members can view each others' resumes, review resources, share photos/videos of sports performances, post newsfeeds, and describe their interests. To enhance our Athlete/Members' ability to promote themselves, we request and display some basic information and sports statistics. Athlete/Members can change and add resume information at any time. Information Request and Use By ViewMySport.com
ViewMySport.com collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age to authenticate Athlete/Members and to send notifications to those relating to the ViewMySport.com services. ViewMySport.com also collects other athlete resume data including but not limited to: personal comments, gender, age, school grade, sports statistics, height and weight in order to assist users in finding your resume and portraying an accurate picture of your abilities.
ViewMySport.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, athlete resume information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from Athlete/Members and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information will not be shared with third-parties. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
Athlete/Member first names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the ViewMySport.com search capabilities. To facilitate searching and finding Athlete/Members or their athlete resumes on the site, ViewMySport.com allows users (other Athlete/Members, college recruiters, coaches, friends and family) to search for Athlete/Members using first and last name, school name, sports statistics and a variety of sports criteria.
We may also use a user's email address to send updates, a newsletter, tips or news regarding the website.
From time to time, ViewMySport.com may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the website. Athlete/Members may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. You have the right to refuse and not participate in said events. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and the privacy statement will apply.
Membership Invites and Communication To Non-Members
ViewMySport.com stores the email addresses that Athlete/Members provide so that the respondents may be added to lists for invitations, reminders, newsletters, tips, etc. ViewMySport.com does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides the above mentioned information.

ViewMySport.com contains links to other sites. ViewMySport.com is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on ViewMySport.com.
Correcting/Updating or Removing Information
ViewMySport.com Athlete/Members may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features such as Edit Resume and Account Info.
Security
ViewMySport.com Athlete/Member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. ViewMySport.com takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. Sharing and Disclosure of Collected Information
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, ViewMySport.com will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by ViewMySport.com, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the ViewMySport.com Terms and Conditions Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service. ViewMySport.com reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of ViewMySport.com or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest. Changes To Privacy Policy
On occasion, we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A user is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted. If, however, we are going to use Athlete/Members’ personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify by posting a notice on our Web site for 30 days.
ViewMySport.com Photograph / Video Submission Policy
By accessing ViewMySport.com or the "Site" and submitting a photograph or video to be uploaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions for submission of your photograph or video:
1. We encourage all Athlete/Members to submit at least one primary photo and up to 6 additional photos. You may also submit up to 6 videos.
2. Use of ViewMySport.com is not restricted to any particular age group, but persons 14 years of age or younger may require assistance from a parent. Any photo or video containing nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.
3. For security and privacy reasons, any photo or video that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address or web site URL is not permitted. Uploading images of other people without their permission is also prohibited.
This photo submission policy applies only to ViewMySport.com Athlete/Members. ViewMySport.com reserves the right to review all photos or videos and to remove any photo or videos for any reason at our sole discretion. If you see a photo or video on ViewMySport.com that you believe does not conform to this policy, please notify us at: corporate@viewmysport.com
