Nease High School's Kyle Cooper Helping Community Youth

 

                          

 

Kyle Cooper is a rising Junior at Nease High School.  Not only is he a member of their basketball team and of theTeam Florida AAU travel team, but he is also excelling in the classroom as well, holding a GPA of 3.5!

 

          

 

Here, you see Kyle sharing his time with the youth in his community while volunteering at the St. Johns Golf and Country Club as the Head Camp Counselor.  There are 52 kids, grades K-5, attending the sports camp.  Kyle teaches kids the basic skills in several areas, but mainly focuses on basketball, football and soccer skills.

While he is extremely busy with his responsibilities as the Head Camp Counselor, Kyle still finds time to prepare for the court, as he gets up at 6 a.m. to lifts weights and then heads off to St. Johns Golf and Country Club to work his shift from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
